Employees surveyed on performance management, empowerment and accountability, diversity and inclusion, and corporate social responsibility.

Speed Fibre Group, the home of telecommunications companies Enet and Magnet+, has been awarded the Great Place to Work Certificate for 2024. This certificate highlights the company’s strengths in credibility, respect and fairness, as well as employees’ trust in management, pride in their work and a sense of camaraderie with colleagues.
The Great Place to Work Certificate measures an organisation’s Trust Index Score, determined through a 73-question Trust Index survey completed by employees. Any company with 10+ employees will be Certified when their overall survey results are 65% or higher. There are 17 actionable categories grouped under three headings: ‘Achieving Objectives’, ‘Personal Best’ and ‘Team’, and allows employees to share comments and feedback. This feedback is a vital aspect of the certification process, providing insight into how employees genuinely feel about their workplace and highlighting areas for potential improvement.
With over 200 employees in Limerick and Dublin, Speed Fibre Group was also recently awarded a Silver Inclusion Score from the Irish Centre of Diversity, reflecting their ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive, diverse and supportive workplace. Voluntary work and community outreach is incredibly important to Speed Fibre Group. In October, employees visited Midwest School for the Deaf in Limerick to refresh the schools exterior, including painting walls, gardening and rejuvenating the play area. Additionally, Speed Fibre Group was recently named the number one company in the fibre network industry among its peer companies in Europe after securing a five-star 99/100 rating from the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), illustrating their dedication to sustainability.
