Speed Fibre Group achieves perfect GRESB score and tops European fibre network rankings

Speed Fibre Group, the home of Enet and Magnet+, has achieved a five-star 100/100 rating in the 2025 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) assessment – placing the Group first among European fibre network companies.

The result continues Speed Fibre Group’s upward trend, following scores of 96 in 2022, 97 in 2023 and 99 in 2024.

Key highlights from the 2025 GRESB results:

  • Ranked 1st in Europe in the fibre network peer group (out of 7 entities).
  • 1st globally for Management Score (out of 652).
  • 4th globally for GRESB Score within Data Transmission sector (out of 66).
  • 38th overall out of 650 infrastructure assets worldwide.
