Celebrating Inclusion: SFG Wins at Diversity in Business Awards 

We’re proud to share that Speed Fibre Group was named Winner of the “Best Workplace Award – Medium Sized Organisation” at the 2025 Diversity in Business Awards, held on Wednesday, 3 July at the Crowne Plaza. 

These awards shine a spotlight on companies that move beyond words to create workplaces where inclusion, diversity, and employee wellbeing are embedded into daily operations. We’re equally pleased to have been shortlisted for the “Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Award – ICT”, recognising the progress we’ve made in building an inclusive culture within Ireland’s telecoms sector. 

Our submission highlighted a number of initiatives that helped us stand out: 

• A flexible hybrid working model built on trust and connection, with offices designed to foster collaboration, focus, and belonging. 
• A holistic approach to employee wellbeing, encompassing physical, mental, financial, and social supports. 
• A year-round calendar of diversity and inclusion events, led by our Inclusion Ambassadors and supported through our internal platform, Workvivo. 
• Tangible environmental action, including a 79% reduction in Scope 2 emissions and a top-tier GRESB score of 99/100. 
• A commitment to learning and growth, with every employee given dedicated learning hours, access to thousands of online courses, and visible internal mobility. 
• Strong engagement scores in both Great Place to Work and Irish Centre for Diversity surveys, reflecting how our people truly experience the culture we’re building. 

We believe a positive culture doesn’t happen by accident—it’s the result of listening, acting, and consistently putting people at the heart of decision-making.
